IC Realtime's newest version of this dependable, reliable 2mp 1080p IR bullet camera comes equipped with Sony's famous STARVIS ("star-vision") Starlight video chipset for unequaled image precision & low light performance. The STARVIS chipset is Sony's custom-designed, low light / high sensitivity video sensor. Physically different than conventional video sensors and Sony engineered specifically for security observation under challenging light situations.
The B2012X takes full advantage of the STARVIS chip's capabilities by delivering sharp, auto-focused images through its wide-range 5.3 mm-64.0 mm power zoom lens system. This lens provides a 4° tight focus field of view to 58° wide-angle horizontal and 2° to 34° vertical field of view (FOV). This wide FOV range means it can be mounted on a convenient wall, pole, or structure viewing a gate, driveway, or entry area and then zoom in when needed for a close-up view. B2012X includes an audio in / audio out port and 2 alarm ports, making it ideal for gate and entry control situations.

This advanced security tool has IC Realtime's complete suite of FlexSmartAi features built-in. Face Detection is the newest requirement for security camera systems, and IC Realtime's B2012X has among the best in the industry. When set for face recognition, the B2012X automatically optimizes video parameters to get the most detail possible to capture the most accurate shots and can identify 8 face expressions and 6 facial attributes.
For facial recognition and motion detection, any camera's DORI (Detect, Observe, Recognize, and Identify) ratings are crucial for accurate detection. B2012X can discern enough details to give Facial ID out to 23 feet and recognize faces at 49 feet for human detection, and at maximum zoom can detect people over half a mile away.
People Counting is among the most requested camera skills. B2012X's excellent video quality and advanced detection capabilities make it the most flexible and accurate counting camera system in the business. The B2012X can not only count people entering and leaving an area along with their stay time; it can measure up to 4 different areas independently and set up to use rule-based counting. The camera can even directly report daily, monthly or yearly totals. The B2012X's FlexSmartAi advanced perimeter monitoring uses a deep-learning algorithm that actually analyzes motion, not just detect pixel changes. It ignores squirrels running by and windblown trees but recognizes people and vehicles, sending alarms only when human or vehicle intrusion is confirmed.
The B2012X can also be set up to recognize security management situations like lost or abandoned objects, people loitering, and parking violations. It even has algorithms to detect fast-moving objects dependably and enables heat mapping for remote equipment monitoring & fire safety enhancement. Of course, being an IC Realtime camera, the B2012X is loaded with the features security professionals have come to expect. Smart IRs that automatically adjust their levels to avoid IR flares and super-wide 120db Wide Dynamic Range auto-exposure assure excellent night vision.
B2012X also features internal SD card storage up to 256gb for local on-device video storage, H.265/Ai video compression, ONVIF (Profile S/Profile G/Profile T and CGI, and P2P Interoperability capabilities, triple video stream output, low PoE power needs (less than 10.3W - 802.3af) or local 12VDC for non-PoE installations with wide 30% voltage tolerance.
