I bought those without a research only because I've expected better quality form Samsung. After the very first use I was really disappointed. Why? Sound quality is okay but this product is not so cheap and the quality should be much better in this price range. There is no noice cancelling, bas is very poor. I don't like the cable in between. As already mentioned, there is no auto-off feature and the battery will drain frequently. Even worse, they can stay connected with the phone after each use and when somebody call, you'll not be able to hear anything until you figure out the phone is still connected with the buds.

I've had them for a while lightly using them and they were working fine. Then all the sudden they stopped working. The Bluetooth no longer connects for some reason. I didn't have them for long before they stopped working. So I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

These were good at first but then they did not sync up with my phone and trying to reset them is another hassle. Yes, I'm still trying to save them but by the end of this week I am buying BEATS.

I bought this 3 months ago, I used them with iphone and the sound wasn't bad but it was very low. I used them to do sports and they get well attached to your ears. They are not sweat proof, they started with little failures when I sweat like repeating the song that I was listening. Then one day, one of them stopped working. I had to return them. I'm very disappointed :(

I'm a huge Samsung everything. To my surprise, this was poorly designed. First, the ear band has one fit. For me, it is fairly loose with no means to adjust tightening up. Since I'm unable to fix this, it impacts the sound quality as the earbud themselves are not secure in my ear.
Additionally, the Power Button is ultra sensitive. The slightest touch powers on. The number of times I've gone to the gym and found them dead.

The microphone is placed on the left earphone so if you're not in a super quiet place the person you're talking to can't hear you. I bought these headphones for phone call and they are practically useless to me. I didn't expect Samsung to design their product in such an unintuitive and illogical way.

I just got mine and the sound quality is garbage save your money I got some cheap head phones amazon and they sound a lot better.
I expected better form Samsung but I am wrong they need to stick to phones and not head phones.

First of all the design of these ear phones is very sleek. They come with a multitude of extra ear pieces to really dial in the fit. Sound quality was reasonable as well.
I used them during running, biking, and gym workouts for 6 months before they died completely. During the decline to their ultimate failure, I noticed the battery life progressively getting shorter. Even new OTB I never did get 5.5 hours of listening time. The day they died I got 1.5 hrs of clear music, and another 30 minutes of intermittent analog radio style static.
Oh well. On the prowl for the next set.

Thought these would be great, especially since i have a Samsung TV and they're supposed to connect wirelessly to the TV as well as to my Samsung Galaxy Device. While they worked fine on the Galaxy for a week or so, they would never connect to the TV properly (connected, but continually dropped the connection. After about 4 weeks of using these at the gym, they started glitching, beeping constantly as if the buttons were being pressed. This caused whatever music i was playing to skip to the beginning of the song or to the next song over and over...absolutely obnoxious. Samsung will replace but not give me my money back. Best Buy said I was 3 weeks outside the return window. If you have these, take them back NOW.

I usually love my Samsung products. This was not one of those times. Have used for 4 months and the sound is going out, have tried to contact support to start a warranty claim and have been told that they aren't receiving my emails to try again. Would never buy another set of Samsung headphones.

Less than 1 month after using these earbuds at the gym they began to randomly return to the beginning of a song, advance to the next song, would not turn off, or would turn off and not turn back on. This usually occurred about 45 minutes into a workout and I suspect the issue is related to moisture from perspiration affecting the electronics. Perhaps they are not moisture resistant as promoted. This product is not for an active person. I would not recommend.

I used these while working out a few times a week and they have lasted about a month before they stopped charging and will not turn on. I used multiple charges that work on other devices to be sure it was a problem with the product. While they did function, they fell off of my ear regularly while running. I expected a better, longer lasting product from Samsung. Very disappointed,

The over the ear brace is great. However the controls over the ear are way to cumbersome. The battery only last 4 hours on a full charge. This a better product than the Level U. However a mix of both would be a great improvement.

At first I was happy with my purchase but 3 months later they stopped working. They're in perfect condition just one they wouldn't come on. Not worth buying to only use them for a couple of months. But for the time they did work they worked fine

These headphones are just what I was looking for with just a few hiccups. Compact and Light fit in my ears great with wing tips. The battery-life is decent for the headphones. The mic could have been placed in a different spot people can't hear me as well. Cause wing attachments muffle sound. With the different tips the base comes in great with the right size in your ears.

I bought these headphones on a Friday. By the following Wednesday, the headphones began randomly skipping back a song on their own. The next day, the headphones would turn on, but would not turn off, and by the next day, the headphones stopped functioning completely. I returned these to the store, and was allowed an exchange. I am writing this on the second day of having owned this new pair; the day that this second pair also stopped funtioning completely. They shut themselves off in the middle of a workout, and will not turn back on. No charging, no nothing. Complete waste of money.

I purchased these headphones at Best Buy on March 13th. On April 3rd they no longer work at all. They have only mediocre Bluetooth. Bluetooth connection would sputter but usually did not completely fail. After just 3 weeks, they failed to even turn on. Sound quality was fair, not great, but not terrible. I could have lived with the Bluetooth issues, and average sound quality if they had not completely failed. I probably even would have been OK with it if they had a decent policy for getting them replaced, but now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement set, because I am past Best Buy's 15 day return window.

The first pair I order ended up malfunctioning. Bluetooth strength is terrible!!! Once I got the replacement headphones they ended the same as the first smh trash!!!
A friend of mine order the same headphones and his did the same! Fake reviews on here!
Wouldn't recommend these headphones to anybody!
Buttons easily get jammed n rarely connects to your device so sad!

Unfortunately, the sound quality is very, very poor. There is practically no base at all.
The fit is good, but it really does not matter. For this price I expect good sound quality, and I did not get it. Any other cheap earplug you can find will have equal or better sound.

I've had these headphones for about a month now. Good sound, could be louder, but it's good enough...Only problem I have is using these headphones during a phone call..The headphones go mute in the middle of a phone call at random times..The other person cant hear me and I can't hear the other person. I have to turn the blue tooth setting off and back on to get the sound out..I have a Note 5, (I want to upgrade to the Note 7, but samsung needs to get their act together). I thought it was just the particular set of headphones I got. I went back to the T-Mobile store and exchanged them for new ones and it still happens. I know these are fitness headphones, but there barely use able talk on the phone because it goes mute on both ends of the call. I hope it's just a software issue, but it really sucks and I hate that. Other than that, they are good headphones, they just suck horribly with phone calls

These are the best earbuds I've purchased, and the only ones to fit snuggly. (NOT the hooks)
The sound quality is superior to those moderately priced, good bass, nice brights and mids; though I am NOT an audiophile. I like these very very much.

I recounted my headphone ownership this is maybe the last set of Bluetooth headphones I buy from Samsung. The earhooks slide heavily during cardio causing to readjust. The in ear hooks aren't comfortable but I can't seem to find my size. I believe some people may have a fit but my ears are normal size of I had to compare but the in ear hooks are weirdly positioned. The iconx are a big question for me currently but I can say the in ear hooks with the basic level u were great.
