i have been using u flex and it is good device. i bought level u pro from dubai and am really disappointment with its performance. it just gives u engouh headachs and finally does not connect to when u want... or never connects..lol!!

Having purchased the headphones as an alternative to bulky over ear headphones to use on aeroplanes, I am disappointed that I can hear no discernible difference when ANC is turned on.
As normal in ear headphones they sound good but are bulky and not good for energetic exercise as they bounce around on my neck and pull the buds out.

After some use, I find the noise cancellation almost non-existent, 5% at best, so to say. All you get is some noise isolation because of the eartips, but almost no Noise cancellation (main point for me). Bluetooth pairing button is in a terribly awkward position if you're wearing it. Other controls are in a fair place. Sound's fair, but the bad ANC ruins it all.

The ear buds fit well in my ear and stay put. they do a good job of cancelling background noise and the sound quality is also good. The microphone does not pick up my voice as well as my other brand of headphones so I have to speak loudly when I am on a call. The collar/neck band is uncomfortable and often slides off the back of my neck (as do my other headphones). The controls are easy to use. The battery life is quite good. I have used these to talk on the phone for an hour at a time and then another 2 in the gym without needing to recharge.

I own a Galaxy 7 phone and I love it. I am big believer in matching components, so I purchased a set of Gear Circle wireless headphones, and I loved them! Then disaster struck. I dropped them in the driveway and ran over them. Imagine my disappointment when I found they were discontinued. I then purchased a set of Level U wireless headphones. I thought they would work just as well even if the features were different, boy was I surprised! These are JUNK! They lack the features of the circle, the controls are not as easy to use and they do not fit well at all. The magnets are weak and might as well be non existent. I am very disappointed SAMSUNG. Why would you replace the Gear Circle with such an inerior product?

I have been using these headphones for almost 2 years already. I am a heavy Samsung user and I am really invested in their ecosystem so I am not new to their products.
That said, the Level U Pro ANC is one their product that they release with the "good enough" philosophy. They are not great headphones. The sound is OK as long as you're not heavy-bass and deep-trebbles type of person. The ANC definitely improves the sound, however, the ANC is so weak, that at times I found myself flicking the ON/OFF swicht several times to see if it's working. Actually, the ANC is so below average, that it would've been better if they had spent more time improving the earbuds. In other words, insolating the sound rather than cancelling it.
Another criticism is the placement of the mic. I'm sorry Samsung, but your engineers really screw up here. I can't have a decent conversation witouth the other person complaining about the quality of the sound. The only way that the mic will work is if I hold it near my mouth in a near-silent room. So, poeple, don't use it for calls.
Finally, the earbuds. Why would you release a Level U headphones with hooked earbuds, and don't carry out the same design to the Pro and Pro ANC? #FacePalm. I have recommended your Level U wireless headphones to some of my friends as a good daily drivers, so you can imagine my excitement when I bought the PRO ANC ones. No hooked earbuds. Because these ones keep falling off my ears, I had to buy a 3rd. party foam buds and retrofit as to not lose my investment.
In conclusion, I dont recommend them at all. Sorry. I will wait for your next product though.

The mic quality is very bad and can be deemed as not working. people on the other end of the call cannot hear my voice.
The sound and music quality is extremely good though. Much better than what i expected.

I have had these headphones for a year. I had some other wireless headphones but their charge was only 5 hours but the way that I made my school schedule dictated that I needed headphones that would last me the whole day. These last for a good 8 or 9 hours on one full charge which was amazing.
Sound is pretty loud, bass is good but the noise cancelling feature it had didn't work so don't get it for that.
But I recently started working out these past 3 weeks like two times a week and now the left headphone isn't working anymore so definitely not as sweat proof as I needed it to be. But for normal day use it was amazing while it lasted.
Favorite feature would be that it can connect to two devices at the same time. Transition between the two isn't smooth but eventually it works. Distance isn't that good and it only got worse with age.

Love the headphone sound (bass and clarity), but they are not quite sweat proof as I'd like. I'm on my 2nd pair, and once again I am starting to have issues after 6 months.
- not the best when running either as they slide around your neck.

The quality of the audio is good plus supports high quality codecs like aptXhd.
Turning ANC makes it perfect for airplane or to disconnect yourself from the environment.

I used these at the gym 3/4x per week and was initially pleased with the sound quality and battery life. I did not like the neck piece, I have a 17.5" neck and it would still fall of anytime I laid down on my back.
Unfortunately after about 2 months of light use the right ear phone died during a cardio session, it may have gotten some sweat in the earbud but not anything that shouldn't be expected of a "sport" headphone.
I realize that they aren't a "top of the line" product, but my experience has made me a little leery of Samsung headphones and my replacements will probably be from a different brand.

These are by far the best SAMSUNG headphones. The sound is amazing for both calls and music. I can connect them to both my personel and work phone at the same time. I do wish the ear pieces were retractable.

Level U are falling apart

I purchased these online from TechRabbit a little over a year ago and the side is completely falling apart. Half the side is rubber and half is plastic and it has completely come apart. I have been online with Samsung support for more than an hour, talking with someone that I can barely understand, and because they do not have a serial number printed on the headphone I am going to have to physically send these in. This is a terrible design. The arms of the headphones have always been pretty weak and now that they are falling apart I am even less impressed. The sound quality and noise cancelling make them good for gym and they are comfortable around my neck when working out.

There are so many issues w/these headphones and I bought the double package from QVC. I have an Andriod and my BF has an I Phone, his works for music but not so much w/calls. mine hardly ever works!!! I drive entirely too much to have the problems I'm having. they fall off my neck and off my phone!! my volume doesn't work anymore even when the headphones are not connected to my phone, the volume buttons WILL NOT WORK ON PHONE AT ALL ANYMORE!!

I have used Samsung level products for almost 3 years. They are really good. Specially these headphones, they sound very well, have a nice bass sound and the 3D sound is great.
The battery lasts a lot, I use them like 2 - 4 hours a day and they support even more hours.
Active Noice Cancellation really works, it's impressive to hear ir working.
They are really splash resistant, I had have some water splashes and they end very wet, but still working like the first day.

I bought this for noise canceling I work in a noisy environment with machines running over 70 dB.
The noise canceling was effective only if I pushed in the earplugs with my fingers. Not very useful.

This is a great headset if you only want to listen to music. I really like that it reads my text messages and notifications. Wish someone would fix the calling quality on these headsets because I really like the style and design.

Samsung, when designing Phone accessories, PLEASE pay attention to how the caller will sound to the other party called. I can not have phone conversations with this device, EACH and EVERY person I have called states they have a lot of trouble hearing me. The microphone, and/or it's placement is terrible. Obviously no one bothered to test this part of the functionality before building and selling a large batch.

Worthy successor to my Gear Circle

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love my Gear Circle. The fit is perfect (with band snap on) and the audio is great.
But then I got my Level U Pros with ANC.
Pros: Sound quality is leagues above the Circle. ANC, while not comparable to high-end over ear cans, is pretty good. More than good enough for flying.
Cons: The touch controls on the Gear Circle were so nice, and I miss them. Also, while lighter, these also have a looser, non-adjustable fit. I definitely prefer the fit of the Circle. I'm worried these might slip while working out with them.
But, over-all, definitely a good pair of buds.

I loved my gear circles, although I wanted to step up my audio game with my S7 edge. I am glad I upgraded. I loved the design of my gears, although the level u pros sound is best. The noise cancelling feature is an appreciated addition to an already excellent pair of Bluetooth headphones. Battery will last for a couple of days depending on use. The IconX are great for fitness with its 4gb of internal storage and heart rate monitor etc, although the Level U is perfect for audiophiles who want to listen to music on the go for extended periods of time.]

I had the Gear Circle and those were the best headsets I've ever owned until they won't stay connected to my phone now. I think I ordered the Level U Pro thinking it would be better. NOT! I wore them at the gym and while I was on the elliptical, they were falling off my neck and I had to keep pushing them back on my neck. Plus, the sound quality is weak. They're not loud enough at all! DO NOT buy this garbage! I think I'm done with Samsung headphones PERIOD!

Mic placement leads to issues. People have a hard time hearing voice if "mics" are not in an exposed orientation.
Love the features, sound, weight. Easy to wear, battery charge lasts 2 full days with moderate use.
Bluetooth range above average, audio warning when going out of range would be nice feature to add.

I have many sets of wired earbuds and the sound quality of the Level U Pro wireless are as good or better than all of them. Control buttons work fine and design is comfortable. Range is excellent for a bluetooth device. When listening to music the music stops when you are called or if text it says who sent it and reads the text to you. Samsung app allows for various sound settings.
The only suggestion is a design that holds in ear better for running. Otherwise they fit well.
