Worked great until the headband broke

I paid $140 for these headphones to used in the office when I'm able to listen to music. The bluetooth compatibility, sound quality, and noise cancelling were great. However, two years later the headband suddenly broke. I contacted Samsung to see if I could get any replacement parts or service and they don't provide either. These are now useless! The sad part is I bought these at the same time a coworker spent $60 on a pair of Cowin headphones and those have held up just fine. Disappointing that a lot of other folks seem to have this same issue that hasn't been resolved.

The bluetooth is just worthless. It won't connect to my phones even though my phone will literally find every other headphones on the train. It won't connect to my Mac, it prompts for a code match... WHERE on the headphone do I enter this code???
The only way to use them is via the audio cord which completely defeats the purpose of buying them in the first place. Also - the battery drains in like 30 minutes, definitely do not last a flight long.

I really do love these headphones. The rich sound, the comfortable cushions, the Bluetooth is amazing, the controls are great... but the head band part is easily breakable. It has weak points where it folds and snapped in a few places before they were a year old. I've had to epoxy the thin plastic several times but it keeps breaking in another spot. I always take good care with my stuff and was babying these.

I got these headphones as a gift, and they where exactly what I was looking for. A minimalistic and stylish design, with great sound, working on iphone, samsung phone, mac, and windows. I wore them to death (literally) when the plastic foldable joins broke after about a year of wearing them, which was disappointing. They are a great headphone that are not to bulky yet perform just as good.

I am a huge Samsung fan.. my whole entire house is all Samsung from my washer and dryer to my tv's in every room. I find their products last and are made with good quality, until I purchased these headphones. I purchased them in May of 2016 and today is Oct 23rd 2017, so that is just over a year and the headphones are starting to fall apart. The foam cover began falling apart about a month ago and has continued to fall off. While I love the sound, bass, and clarity of the headphones, this really is not going to do me any good if my ear pieces fall apart. Very frustrated with this... I have included a pic. Also, I do a pretty good job of taking care of my headphones, I mean, I do run with them, they stay in the provided bag most of the time... I dont see this as normal wear and tear. Even so, a little over a year is not worth the money. Sadly others are seeing this as well, just look on Amazon and its happening to the headpiece and ears. I called Samsung and they said its outside the one year warranty.. so in the end, our family will not buy anymore Samsung headphones.

l loved it until the headband piece broke and I only had them for 6 months. Samsung sent me a new one but the headband broke again in less than a year. such a low-quality product!!!

I've just purchased a pair of them from HSN and so far I've been soooooo impressed that I felt compelled to write this review. I may be a bit "biased" as I've never owned - although occasionally tested - head phones in this class. The noise cancellation is excellent, sound quality same, and Bluetooth pairs immediately with any other BT enabled device I've connected them to. However, what impressed me the most were the "soft" controls. They are so handy, responsive and convenient that they literally have "blown" me away. Yes, not having to press any "hard" buttons is soooooo convenient for me. Oh, and one more thing - they feel very comfortable and let your ears "breath". I sweat easily and feel uncomfortable wearing anything over my ears but not this headphones. Great job Samsung!

Great sound and fit.....problem is if you have an iPhone you will not be able to use the Sound Alive feature, only able to download on Samsung droid.
Hope Samsung solves this issue and makes available to iPhones!

When I was looking at upgrading the existing Samsung HD Television for my bedroom, Bluetooth was a must! When I found this great headset I was sold on features, brand, and overall value! I am a night owl and watch TV well after my wife goes to bed. It literally takes less than 30 seconds to
Power on my headphones and press the select button when the Headphone Option appears! I set the sleep timer on the Television, and I sleep with these on all night with out any snoring to wake me! The noise canceling really works well!,, thank you for such a great product!!!!!

I wanted a compact size without sacrificing sound quality . It also works best with all my Samsung products . Powerful bass with absolutely no distortion . I am pleasantly surprised with the feature you can connect more than one at a time. Now I'm thinking of purchasing a pair of Level over ear too.

For the price of these headphones and the fact they are wireless is amazing. Then on top of that, the sound quality is incredible.
battery life is a non issue.

I'd been looking for an on ear set of headphones for my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for quite some time now. It seemed that all the major players in the marketplace did not have an offering that worked with Android devices such that the user was able to maintain the full functionality of the Android device (volume up/down, pause, track advance, etc.). Even the Bose that is advertised as compatible with Android failed to advance tracks for music played on Spotify.
I was looking on the internet and found these Samsung Level On wireless headphones. Despite the complete lack of reviews and high price tag, I took the plunge. I am so glad I did! These are AWESOME headphones. The MOST important feature of these headphones is that they integrate seamlessly with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phone. All the functions work (volume, pause, track advance, phone call answer, etc.).
I've used them while walking the dog (kept my ears warm on a chilly/windy day), just hanging around the house, and also on an airplane (which is my main reason for purchasing them). In each scenario, they have performed flawlessly. They've been easily paired with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4, my computer, and my iPad.
The sound is quite fantastic. I really like the ability to manipulate the equalizer using the Level On app for Android. Of course, the wireless is not quite as loud and as good as the headset is when it is wired (using the included 3.5 mm cord); however, it still delivers fantastic quality sound. Such an upgrade from ear buds, and just listening to the phone's speakers.
I travel a lot and purchased these to use on planes. My last flight, I fell asleep so quickly and slept through the entire flight (which was great)! These headphones are SOOOO comfortable. They are not tight, but certainly feel secure on my head at the same time.
I've used them to take phone calls as well and the user has never once complained that they cannot hear what I am saying. This is a nice plus!
The battery life has seemed to last every bit as long as the specifications state.
The only negative comments that I would have are:
1) They are almost over the ear rather than on the ear. The ear cups are a little larger than I expected. This is not a problem, just not exactly what I was expecting. I am still completely satisfied; however, I wanted to make that point.
2) The charcoal color is not quite as black as I was expecting. I thought it would be black. It is almost a translucent black. Again, not the end of the world, just not what I was expecting.
3) The price is quite high. The price is right in line with other high end, premium headphones in the marketplace so that is not a problem. It just took me a while to decide to purchase such a high dollar item.
All in all, these are fantastic headphones that have exceeded my overall expectations. I am very glad that I decided to purchase them and I hope to experience years of joy using them! Way to go Samsung, you've produced a perfectly paired product for my Note 4!
BOTTOM LINE: If you are in the market for high end headphones, and you have a Samsung Galaxy device, you NEED to get these headphones. They are perfect in that they 1) sound great, 2) integrate completely (all functions), and 3) look really cool.

The features and quality of this product are leaps and bounds above the competition. Thoughtful design and feature packed; you can customize the sound you want utilizing the available android application. The ability to link to a secondary headset is really cool for travels. Noise cancellation works very well even on airplanes.
