we were super excited to get this projecote to replaxe our older sherp projector. went with the fancier model ($6,500). the sound is great and hookup is super easy. the picture quality is okay but the adjusting is where's the problem. talking to their customer service team is pointless as they read from the manual to you and it's hard to understand them. at this point this projector is worthless unless you don't mind a bunch of waives on your screen. it's been a complete waste of money and a huge hastle. i would not recomend this product to anyone. there are a lot of better options out there.

I originally purchased this particular Samsung projector for my son. He likes to use it to play his Fortnite game on. However, after seeing just how crystal clear the picture was, I immediately had to order myself another one. I also enjoy the fact that it is a rather small size and doesn't take up and overwhelming space on my cabinet area where it is placed. It's very light and weight so I don't have a problem toting it to another area in my house if I choose, unlike a TV is I am able to tote it around all I want and could definitely not do that with a tv.

I love my projector it shows so clear and functioning the buttons and system are easy to understand. Directions are easy to follow. I only use it for watching movies in my home theater but I'm sure if you wanted to present something on it, that it would be relatively easy. It's worth the money!

Just pure joy! Excellent vibrant colors, very bright projector with excellent contrast. It just exceeded my expectations, I never expected these vivid colors from projector, from TV yes - but not from projector. It has this WOW effect first time you turn it on and start looking at hdr youtube videos, it's very clear and vivid colors. Before that I had 5040 Epson, Sony vpl-hw45es, and still have 65 OLED CX by LG, which were all great products and I thought I was spoiled by them. But I still got that WOW effect, I really like colors and clarity. And all of that is just on white wall in my bedroom, I'm still waiting for my screen to arrive - so I cannot even imagine how it can get any better.

the color and sharpness of this projector is really good, even just using a bare wall as a screen. i'm certain it will be even better with a proper screen. my problem is the lack of support. three days after receiving the unit, the apps lost audio and it was really a challenge to get support. the support web page is incomplete and chat was of no help. i got hold of a nice support person and was able to open a ticket for a technician to come and look into the problem. for something that supposed to be a premium product, the current state of support isn't good enough. by the way, i suspect this issue is related to the latest firmware because i can hear the welcome sound but nothing else after that.

Wow !! We love this product. The first weekend that we had it we invited friends over to watch some UFC fights and everyone was so amazed at the quality of the picture. Combined with the awesome sound we felt like we were sitting ringside. My parents loved it so much that they purchased one of their own the following week. I love to watch movies on my Samsung TV, I can watch all day and when I get tired of watching TV, I start to play games, it's so many games to choose from, you won't get tired of playing them, before you know it, it will be time to go to bed. Me and my son play games all the time, he picks the ones he like and then I pick the ones I like and when it's time for him to go the bed ,I get to play any games I want by myself, and watch any movies I want. We watch all things video, but mostly movies. We have Satellite and Off-Air as well as internet streaming. Our first HD TV was a Samsung 56" DLP light bulb rear projection set. It was the best for HD back in 2003. After 10 years though it failed and we purchased a 70" 4K flat screen. At the time there was no large size DLP 4K sets to choose from at a price we could afford. When that set failed last December we had to find something new. Our son still had his 56" Samsung DLP LED rear projection set (he was between homes and was not using it) and we put it in our living room. Wow is all I can say. I had forgotten how great the DLP was or had gotten used to the Flat screen. Seeing this 12 year old DLP still looking great and only HD was amazing. I had seen on the internet that Samsung had come up with a new short throw projector. So I quickly researched it to see what it was about. It was just what i was looking for. We had been wanting to get a large picture size for some time but couldn't justify the cost as our flat screen was working. When it failed it was all on to find the best and largest picture. The 130" screen size was perfect for our living room. Some have said what's wrong with a 36" screen, no comment is all I can say. When purchased the new Samsung projector we purchased a 120" screen designed for Short throw projectors was ordered. It arrived the day before the projector. All of our view is unbelievable, like going to the theater only you don't drive
