I have owned this for a few months now and I am still very impressed. The picture is crisp and clear as a bell. The sound isnt too bad for a tv sound system The remote is great and easy to navigate. Great Picture But Has Some Issues

The picture is phenomenal. However after using my Xbox on HDMI 4 the tv freezes going back to HDMI 1. I already returned one TV and the second one has started doing it as well. LG also wont speak on the phone with me about it. They want to have a text conversation and the people on the other end are not understanding the issue.

I purchased this TV to be used as a monitor. It is absolutely amazing. I use grid software so I can use it as a 4 each 27 inch monitor set up. It is awesome that it has a 120hz 1ms screen. I can obviously use the TV for its intended purpose as well. The TV comes with GSYNC and NVIDIA capability. I may end up purchasing a second one to replace my other monitor which would provide me with exceptional viewability.

I dont even know where to begin about this amazing tv Wasnt expecting much as we had an LG tv about 10 years ago that didnt hold up. However LG has come a long way Went into Costco to compare this tv to other brands. This tv blew the competition out of the water. The fact that this isnt even the top of the line OLED from LG makes it that much more impressive. Setup was a breeze only brand to offer free setup and/or wall mounting. Pros: Colors - AI picture is insane and the picture customization they give consumers is really nice. Sound - I was blown away at the sound this tv produces. The AI sound feature is amazing Living in an apartment with limited space a sound bar really isnt feasible but you wont need one with this tv Aesthetic - the stand is gorgeous and how the thin the tv is makes it feel like it fits my tv stand so much better. Game option - Having a PS5 I wanted something that was not only good for movies/shows but for gaming. This tv has a dedicated game optimizer for better refresh rate. It auto switches to game mode once you turn your console on and you can set to different game types FPS Role Playing Sports etc. Again LG gave a lot of customization in the settings to the consumer. Cons: Remote - remote feels somewhat bigger than I was expecting. Some of the buttons are black on black so its hard to see what they are. However this really isnt that big of a deal at the end of the day. Dont wait to buy this. Buy this tv right now and see for yourself why LG is #1 in OLEDs.

Went to Costco to compare three different brands of OLEDs. LG blew the other two out of the water. Love they offer different tiers of OLEDs. Got this TV for a great deal and my expectations have been exceeded. My favorite features is the AI sound and picture. I cannot say enough about the quality of sound from the stock speakers on this tv. The game features for my PS5 is a great bonus as well. Not only that but they offered free setup and wall mounting. Setup was quick and easy and they took the box and everything. Im throughly impressed by LG and this tv.

We own a C3 model and bought the c4 for the bedroom at a great price. I just dont see how a picture could be better in 4k. Great adjustability and drooling good images. My only complaint to all tv manufactures is the need for 2 tv audio outputs None do it. LG quality seems tops. Very easy to unbox wall hang and setup.

The TV itself is lovely picture crisp colors are stunning easy to set up great menu I am disappointed in customer service the sale was advertised as coming with a wall mount and installation however the delivery drivers knew nothing about this. I emailed twice no response I called and instead of waiting on hold 30+ minutes- left my call back #- no one returned my call. I finally had to contact customer service through X and I am being told that I clicked the incorrect box and will not receive my free wall mount Extremely disappointed.

So nice to have a new up to date TV. The picture is so much better than my old 10 year old set.

Long time from channel to channel

Think like this you have 300 channels or more it take 3 seconds to change one chanel. So 1000 seconds to check if is there something good to watch in your limited free time. So more than 15 minutes. Better invest for next OLED TV a half second time to change channel or less. Remote control change program and settings to other LG tvs in my home. Even my computer monitor. Add easy step to personalise tv for only 1 remote controller.
