Black screen is a problem for a premium product with premium price. I bought 65 OLED EVO C4 directly from LG. I will not recommend anyone to buy this TV. Also LG has very poor customer service.

Ive had this tv for about 3 weeks now. I was stuck between getting this and the 65 G4. I understand the G4 is the pinnacle of OLED at the moment but i couldnt justify spending that much money on a tv so i saved myself over $600 getting this one and I am completely satisfied with my purchase thus far.

I just wanted an upgrade to see what has happened over the last several years. I had an LG OLED 65C8 with 38000 hours on it. Yes I watch a tremendous amount of TV. There was nothing wrong at all with that set except for the less than ideal sound. WOW was I happy to get this new set. Everything was much more than I expected. Picture was perfect. Easy to navigate. However the best part was the sound. So much improved over my old set That alone was worth getting a new set. As far as Im concerned LG is my brand. Couldnt be more pleased.

False Advertising and Poor Customer Service

I purchased the LG 65-inch C3 TV on Black Friday a deal that included a free pair of LG earbuds. The TV was listed as in stock when I placed my order but a few hours later the website noted it was out of stock. Still my order was confirmed so I assumed I had secured my purchase. On Tuesday I received the earbuds but to my shock I got a call informing me that my TV order was cancelled because the model was discontinued. If the TV was no longer available why was it sold as in stock when I purchased it? It feels like LG oversold the model and decided to cancel orders after the fact. To make matters worse customer service was useless. They claimed there was nothing they could do to resolve the situation and then had the audacity to demand I return the earbuds or be charged for them. Why should I have to go through extra effort to fix their mistake? This entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better from a company like LG. I wont be purchasing from them again.

Cost More than It Is Worth

I ordered this in the Middle of October and did not receive it until late November which was way to long of a delivery time Once I got it set up I was very disappointed with the picture and sound quality. If I could have tested these before buying I would not have purchased this TV system. Way over priced for its quality and performance. Had to go online for the manuals and they do not give enough detail to do a great job setting up the system but they are very long and wordy.

I am stunned by this television. As my wife and I watch different shows all we say to each other is look at this picture Watching sports in 4k is better than being there. Watching nature shows are so real I should take allergy medicine. Beautiful colors that pop mixed with prefect inky blacks. I was able to go back and watch the Game of thrones dark episode in its entirety It was unwatchable on a top of the line QLED from Samsung. It was breath taking on this gorgeous Television. Playing my Xbox series X and Playstation 5 is unbelievable Again colors so rich and immersive. Buy this TV you deserve it Everyone should have one

Pros: TV is good. Great picture quality. Multiple usb and hdmi ports. Cons: Lots of ads and a bloated user-interface. Free mounting is provided by a 3rd party app handy and the quality of service is very low. Basically random handy men in the area will show up with no choice to pick any good one. Remote control is silly.

I ordered this TV directly from LG on October 15 and was told to receive it by the 18th. Its now November third and I still havent received the product or been updated when it it will arrive. Therefore it is impossible to review something I havent received yet but I will say their advertising about shipping and receiving is grossly exaggerated. No TV and disappointed in their commitment to the customer

Unacceptable Customer Service/Logistics

I will NEVER buy directly from LG again. The level of incompetency from purchasing through LG is really disturbing. I ordered a 65 LG OLED C4 TV directly through LG.com. They even had free delivery unboxing mounting. All seemed good until after order was placed. LG uses a 3rd party to install the TV Hendy and a different company to actually deliver the TV RXO. Between these 3 companies there is NO communication. I receive a text message 24 hours after ordering the TV from Hendy that my installation is scheduled in two days but no confirmation from LG when the TV will actually arrive. The problem with this is that you have to reschedule 24 hours before the actual appointment and you can only reschedule once otherwise the free installation is no longer valid. I dont receive a confirmation from LG or RXO within this time window and as a result my Hendy service was cancelled. A few days go by and finally LG provides an update that the TV has shipped. A few more days and RXO sends a text with a delivery date. From ordering the TV to getting it delivered was almost 10 days. Keep in mind this TV is ~20 miles away from my home. Upon receiving conformation for a delivery day I had to spend hours and two days talking with LG to approve Hendy to come out and install the TV. They finally approve. TV arrives and sits in the garage for a few days until Hendy is scheduled to come. Hendy was supposed to send out two members to install the TV on the wall big TV but only 1 actually showed up. I had to help unbox the TV mount the bracket and then mount the TV on the wall. This is completely unacceptable. Keep in mind LG is completely disassociated with all of these issues. No compensation or apology from LG. In addition Hendy does not take the TV box with them when they leave. This was also part of the ordering package through LG. This box is huge and we dont have space in the house or a car big enough to dispose. I had to cut it up in pieces. Again I paid to have all of these done. TV gets mounted and is defective. The entire screen is dented around the edges and one big dent in the center. Hendy guy doesnt have anything to do with that and leaves. I call LG and keep getting the runaround for two days. They want pictures which are hard to capture with a black screen. They insult me by offering me $65 back and to keep the TV. After refusing they then reach out to their main manager who offers $130 to keep the TV which is 10 of the cost of the TV. Finally I get approval from LG for a replacement TV. LG assures me that pickup of old TV and installation of new TV will occur at the same time. NOT. A week goes by and I finally receive approval for a replacement TV. A day later I get a notification from RXO that they are schedule to pick up my OLD TV in two days but the new TV has not even been shipped out. I get another confirmation from Hendy that they are scheduled to install the new TV and provided an installation date which was before I even got a shipment notification from LG. RXO comes out a WEEK before the new TV is scheduled to arrive and takes the old TV. Now I am without a TV for an entire week waiting for the new TV to arrive. Nearly a month from ordering the original TV to now and I am still without a TV. I would recommend NOT to buy directly from LG especially if you are using any of the services they offer. Even warranty issues like I had have been extremely difficult to address and waste a lot of time. You are way better off just going with BestBuy or Costco. LG competency and customer support is so bad that it is not worth it.

I hate this TV. It has already had to update requires that you agree to a bunch of terms in order to use a tv that you have already paid for And it does not let me access channels Im supposed to have. What a cluster Also I cannot access my PBS passport shows on it. I will never buy an LG again

I purchased the TV directly from LG. had it delivered and set up by Handy. Great TV. My only problem is that there is NO instructions included for the REMOTE. I go online to watch the video but they talk so fast you cant keep up with them. Handy people tried to talk me through the use of the remote but they too have limited knowledge of how it works. ADD instructions for the remote.
